Cancellation Policy

District Braids Salon Service Policy At District Braids, we are committed to providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policies outline our expectations and procedures: 1. No Refunds No refunds will be issued for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your hair or the service received, you must notify your stylist or the salon manager before leaving the salon. Corrections can be made at the time of service or scheduled for another appointment. Under no circumstances will a refund (full or partial) be issued due to the time taken for the service or dissatisfaction with the style after the service is completed. If you experience any issues with your style within 72 hours of your appointment, you must contact us within that time frame. Please note that all concerns will be reviewed, and management will use their discretion to determine the appropriate course of action. 2. Client Intake Form All clients are required to complete the intake form prior to their appointment. This form includes important details about the condition of your hair, any considerations the stylist should know, and whether you plan to purchase or bring your own hair. Client intake forms will be sent via email or text after your appointment is booked. Please ensure the form is completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to complete the intake form before your appointment may result in longer service times, as stylists will not be able to prepare in advance. 3. Service Time -The estimated length of service provided on the booking page is an estimate only and not a guarantee. -District Braids is not responsible for appointments that take longer than the estimated time. We do not offer refunds or discounts for any services that take longer than the estimated time. At District Braids, we strive to begin every appointment at the scheduled time. While we work diligently to maintain our schedule, please note that your appointment will start within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. If we are unable to begin your appointment within one hour of the scheduled time, you will have the option to reschedule or cancel your appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit. 4. Deposits and Cancellations A $30 deposit is required to book your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid the loss of your deposit and up to 50% of the service fee. There are no exceptions. Cancellations can be made by phone, email, or through our online booking system. 5. No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you will be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly. By booking with District Braids, you agree to adhere to these policies.
